DVA CLAIMS
Private Advocacy Service for Veterans
DVA Advocate provides assistance with DVA claims for Australian Veterans who have injuries or conditions related to their ADF service. We support claims under the MRCA, DRCA, and VEA Acts:
MRCA – Claims for injuries or conditions related to ADF service after 30 June 2004, covered under the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004 (MRCA).
DRCA – Claims for conditions resulting from non-operational service before 2004, as well as operational service between 1994 and 2004, under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1998 (DRCA).
VEA – Claims covering wartime service and certain operational duties, as well as specific peacetime service between 7 December 1972 and 30 June 2004, under the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986 (VEA).
OUR PROCESS
We offer comprehensive support for claiming treatment, rehabilitation, and compensation for service-related injuries and conditions.
Our team will guide you through the entire claims process, helping you understand each step, gather the necessary information, and submit your claim.
We will schedule a 30-minute call to discuss DVA’s requirements and answer any questions you may have about the process.
Additionally, we will directly communicate with the DVA and, when necessary, file appeals for claims that have been denied or inaccurately assessed.
DVA Advocate frequently engages in outreach consultations with the Veterans Review Board on behalf of veterans and understands what is needed to overturn claims or increase compensation.
Importantly, we can also inform you about the likelihood of a successful appeal. DVA Advocate ensures all appeals are well-founded to prevent unnecessary stress from frivolous appeals.
Please contact us via Live Chat or by filling out the form, and we will respond as soon as possible.
